Began practice of medicine in Preston, Ontario, 1898. Moved to Manitoba, 1900. Director, Lake Manitou Sanitorium, Watrous, Saskatchewan; Medical Examiner, Mutual Life of Canada; Canada Life; Confederation Life; National Life; Great West; Sun; Crown; Aetna; British Empire; London and Lancashire Company General Hospital Surgeon, Grand Trunk Pacific Railway; Medical Officer Indian Dept.; Surgeon Canadian Pacific Railway Medical Officer 18th Mounted Rifles.
