    • Barnard, Marilyn Y. - Mrs. Marilyn Y. Barnard of Nolalu, Ontario, previously of Cambridge, Ontario, passed away peacefully at 8: 40 am, November 19th, 2000 at McKellar Hospital from complications due to cancer. Marilyn was born in Aurora, Ontario on December 26th, 1934. She is survived by her husband, Paul, who was at her side and by her five children, Richard Barnard of North Bay, Missy Sawyer of Keswick, Becky Black of Kitchener-Waterloo, Elizabeth Fry of Nolalu and Mandy Barnard of Richmond Hill. Marilyn also leaves four grandsons and a granddaughter. Marilyn will be interred at Sunset Memorial Gardens on November 28th, 2000 at 2: 00 pm. It was Marilyn's wish that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nolalu First Response Team, Box 23, RR #2, Nolalu, On P0T 2K0, for the many times they came to her aid, at all hours. Paul and the family also wish to thank Mrs. Dale Lankinen of South Gillies, Mrs. Shirley Sedore of South Gillies and Mrs. Linda Matson of Nolalu, for the many hours of loving care they provided for Marilyn while she was at home. Arrangements are entrusted to Jenkens Funeral Home, 226 S Syndicate Avenue, Thunder Bay.
