Surviving besides her parents are her paternal grandparents (Mr. and Mrs. Le Roy Good) and her maternal grandparents (Mr. and Mrs. Weyburn Hoerle).     GOOD, LeRoy Passed away peacefully at his residence Nithview Community, New Hamburg on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 in his 93rd year. A son of the late Irvin and Lilly (Wilkens) Good. Beloved husband of Susie (Shantz) Good for 28 years and the late Alice (Snyder) Good who predeceased him January 14, 1982. Proud father of Dale (Doreen) of Exeter, Robert (Sandra) of Waterloo, Carl (Joyce) of Newcastle. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Ryan (Martine), Rachona (Mark), Jacqueline (Darin), Laurie (James), Trevor (Danielle) and Murray, (predeceased by Julie Good ), also missed by his 7 great-grandchildren. Remembered by the Shantz family; Gloria (Gary) of Newton, Pauline (Dave) of Mildmay, Mark (Monica) of Baden, Keith (Brenda) of Kitchener, Ralph (Sandra) of Wellesley, (predeceased by David Shantz and Martha Bean), many Shantz grandchildren (predeceased by Robert Spencer) and great-grand- children. Dear brother of Albert (Jane) Good, Nettie Burchin, all of Ohio, Alverta (Laverne) Good of Indiana, (predeceased by Rosella Hershberger, Otis Good, George Good), brother-in-law of Mildred Good of Ohio, (predeceased by Bernadine Good, Georgia Good, Ben Charles, Lowell Hershberger and Harry Burchin.) LeRoy was a member of Wilmot Mennonite Church, New Hamburg. He loved woodworking and was a carpenter by trade. Family and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home , 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Saturday, September 10, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will follow on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 3: 00 p.m. at Wilmot Mennonite Church, New Hamburg with Pastor David Rogalsky officiating.     GOOD, ALICE BARBARA (SNYDER) On Thursday Jan, 14, 1982, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, Mrs. Leroy Good, of RR 2, Baden, aged 64 years. She was a member of the Shantz Mennonite Church, RR 2, Baden. Beloved wife of Leroy, whom she married, June 28, 1941. Dear mother of Dale of Hagersville, Robert of London, Ont., and Carl of Toronto. Also surviving are five grandchildren; two brothers, John of New Hamburg and Ralph of Vineland and one sister, Vera (Mrs. Clayton Shantz) of New Dundee. She was predeceased by her parents, the late Dilman Snyder and the former Ida Weber and her step-mother, Nora Hunsberger. The late Mrs. Good is resting at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, New Hamburg Chapel, 291 Huron St., after 7 p.m. this evening and until 1 p.m. Sunday, when removal will be made to Shantz Mennonite Church, for service at 3 p.m., with Rev. Ed Kaufmann officiating. Interment in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Shantz Church Building Fund, the Ontario Mennonite Missions, or the charity of one's choice.

On June 28, 1941, she was married to LeRoy Good, who survives. Also surviving are 3 sons (Dale, Robert, and Carl), 5 grandchildren, 2 brothers (John and Ralph), and one sister (Vera-Mrs. Clayton Shantz). She was a member of Shantz Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Jan. 17, in charge of Edward Kauffman and Elmer Schwartzentruber; interment in Shantz Church Cemetery.

    HOERLE, Weybourne Theodore (Web) - Of R.R. 2, Baden, died peacefully, on Thursday, July 23, 1998, at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, with family members at his side. He was 79.

    Born and raised in Philipsburg, Weybourne was a son of the late Nelson and Alma (Heipel) Hoerle. He farmed on the Hoerle family farm in Philipsburg for 39 years, retiring in 1983. He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Philipsburg. Weybourne loved the outdoors and leaves in each of children a deep respect for nature and its marvels. He loved to laugh, tell stories and will be remembered for his great sense of humor.

    Beloved husband of the former Esther Marie Berg whom he married February 15, 1941. Dear father of Murray and his wife Helen of R.R. 2, Baden, Dianne and her husband Paul Cress of Ottawa, Sandra and her husband Robert Good of Waterloo and Brenda Hoerle and her husband Terry Dale of Waterloo. Loving grandfather of Troy, Jason and Marta Hoerle, Tracey Cress, Jackie and Laurie Good, and Nathaniel, Caleb and Olivia Dale. Dear brother of Edgar and his wife Marilyn Hoerle of New Hamburg, Martha and her husband Clarence Wegford of Philipsburg, Charlotte Wegfahrt of Baden and Isobel and Bruce Compass of Waterloo. Also remembered by sisters-in-law, Dorothy and Elmer Lantz of Wellesley and Ruth and Walter Doering of Kitchener.

    Weybourne was predeceased by a sister, Irene and her husband Reuben Wettlaufer; a sister-in-law, Leona Hoerle and two brothers-in-law, George Wegfahrt and Lloyd Berg and a granddaughter Julie Good.

    Friends and relatives will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, Friday, July 24, 1998 (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and until Saturday, July 25, 1998 at noon when transfer will be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Philipsburg for the funeral service at 2 p.m., with Pastor Eric Schultz officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, R.R. 2, Baden.

    Dilman S. Snyder, 83, of 125 Erb St. West, Waterloo, died Feb. 25 at his home after a lengthy illness.

    He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John K. Snyder and a native of Wilmot Township. He farmed at RR 2, Baden, until his retirement in 1946 and had lived in Waterloo for the past 14 years.

    Mr, Snyder was a member of Shantz Mennonite Church, Baden.

    He married Ida Weber in 1908 and she died in 1943. He married Nora Hunsberger in 1946 and she survives.

    Also surviving are two sons, John W. of RR 2, Baden, and Ralph C. of Vineland; two daughters. Mrs. Clayton (Vera) Shantz and Mrs, LeRoy (Alice) Good of RR 2, Baden; a brother, Herman of Kitchener; three sisters, Mrs. Nelson (Barbara) Shantz of Elmira, Mrs. Noah (Veronica) Snyder and Annie of Waterloo, and 14 grandchildren. Two sisters and four brothers predeceased him.

    Snyder.- Ida Weber, daughter of the late Samuel and Susannah Weber, was born Aug. 31, 1885, in Woolwich Twp., Ont.; passed away, after a lingering illness, at her home near Baden, Ont., Dec. 26, 1943; aged 58 y. 3 m. 26 d. She was married to Dilman Snyder, Sept. 9, 1908. To this union were born 4 children: Vera, wife of Clayton Shantz, Baden; John, on the homestead; Alice wife of LeRoy Good, Wis.; and Ralph at home. She leaves to mourn, her husband, 4 children, 4 grandchildren, 3 sisters, a brother, and many relatives and friends. She accepted her Lord as her personal Saviour in her early youth and remained faithful until the end. She bore a faithful testimony to her family, and to the community. As a mother in the home she will be greatly missed. She always had a friendly disposition and was very much interested in the welfare of her home, her family, the Church and all its activities. She especially exercised her talent in song. We trust that our loss is her eternal gain and that she has gone to occupy a beautiful mansion above which God has prepared for His own. Funeral services were held Dec. 30, at the home and at the Shantz Mennonite Church. Bros. Manasseh Hallman and L. H. Witmer officiated. Burial in the Shantz Cemetery.

    Nelson Hoerle, 78, a lifelong resident of the Philipsburg district died at his home last Thursday afternoon. He was born near Philipsburg May 2, 1884, a son of the late Henry Hoerle Sr. and his wife Catherine Wettlaufer. He farmed in the area, retiring in 1943 when he moved to the village. His wife, the former Alma Heipel, died eight years ago. Surviving are two sons, Edgar, New Hamburg, and Weybourne of Philipsburg; four daughters, Mrs. Reuben (Irene) Wettlaufer, Mrs. Clarence (Martha) Wegford and Mrs. Isobel Rittinger, all of Philipsburg and Mrs. George (Charlotte) Wegfahrt, Baden. One sister, Mrs. Emma Doering, Tavistock, and 15 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. One brother and one sister predeceased him. The body rested at the Futher-Omand Funeral Home, New Hamburg, until Monday noon, when removal was made to Zion Lutheran Church, Philipsburg, of which he was a member, for a memorial service at 2: 30 p.m. which was conducted by Rev. Norman A. Keffer of New Hamburg. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Lovingly remembered by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife, the former Clara Lautenschlager, May 31, 1975 and also by five brothers; three sisters; one grandson, Brian and one great-granddaughter, Julie. Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St., Wellesley, where family will receive friends on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon Sunday, May 6, removal will be made to St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, for the funeral service at 2: 30 p.m. Pastor Wilmer Minke will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Mark's Lutheran cemetery, Wellesley.
