    MRS. CATHERINE LEPP

    ROSEVILLE, Feb. 24-A resident of this village for some 56 years passed away early this morning in the person of Mrs. Catherine Lepp Mrs. Lepp, who was 87, had been in declining health for several years and died as a result of a stroke. She was born near Plattsville on March 27, 1867, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Rank, and spent her girlhood in that community. In the year 1888 she was united in marriage to Jacob Lepp, who predeceased her 15 years ago. Following her marriage she moved to Roseville where she has resided since. Mrs. Lepp was a member of the local Evangelical Church and a charter member of the Women's Missionary Society.

    Surviving are four daughters. Mrr Levi (Elmina) Holm, Mrs. David (Anna) Lockie and Miss Emma Lepp, all of Roseville, and Mrs. A. (Edna) Drinkwater of Galt. One son predeceased her and a daughter died in Infancy. Six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive, as well as one brother, Isaac Rank of Hagersville. One brother and two sisters predeceased her.

    The private funeral service will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the late residence, followed by a public service at the Evangelical Church, with the pastor, Rev. N. E. Dahms, In charge. Interment will be made at the Roseville Cemetery. The body is resting at the Poth Undertaking Parlors, New Dundee, until this evening.
