    It is with deep sorrow, that the family announce the passing at Guelph General Hospital, on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 1983, of Peter Turow. Beloved husband of Stella (Hartzman) Turow; dear father of Leona Braun of Guelph, Leonard Turow of Kitchener, Edward Turow of Guelph, Mrs. Rusty Serafini (Delores) of Milton and Mrs. Russell Brown (Marlene) of Kitchener; dear brother of Michael of Cambridge, Stephen of Guelph, Tom, Mrs. Olga Wilura, both of Cambridge and Sophie Smolack of Kitchener. Survived also by 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a sister, Annie Watral. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph. Funeral on Friday morning, Dec. 23, to The Church of Our Lady for mass of the resurrection at 10 o'clock. Interment Preston Parklawn cemetery.

    GEORGE TUROW

    PRESTON. June 25 - After a brief illness, George Turow, 247 King street, Preston, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, early this morning, in his 65th year. The deceased was a foundry worker, being employed by Clare Bros., Preston, for the past 18 years. Prior to coming to Canada in 1911 from Austria, he served with the Austrian Army. Surviving are his widow, four sons, Peter, Steven and Thomas of Guelph, Michael of Preston, three daughters, Mrs Anna Boradalko, Preston, Olga and Sophie at home. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon from his late residence, to St. Clement's R.C. church at 3 o'clock, with interment in Preston Cemetery.

    Mrs. George Turow

    PRESTON - Mrs. George Turow, 76, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Steven Wilura, 438 Hamilton St. She had been ill since November. Born in Galicia, Ukraine, Mrs. Turow came to Preston 44 years ago. She was a member of St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church here. Her husband died in 1937. She is survived by four sons and three daughters; Michael and Thomas (Tun) Turow, Preston; Peter and Stephen Turow, Guelph; Mrs. Frederick (Anne) Watral and Mrs. Steven (Olga) Wilura, Preston: Mrs. Nicholas (Sofie) Smolak, Kitchener; l5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The body will be at the H. K. Stager Funeral Home until Friday morning, when requiem high mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's RC Church at 9: 30 a.m., by Rev. Basil Humeniuk of Kitchener. Burial will be at St. Clement's RC Cemetery, Preston.
