  ALBERT T. KNECHTEL - Albert Thomas Knechtel died at his residence, Braeside Home, Preston, yesterday in his 76th year. Deceased was born at Mitchell. Ont., Nov. 7, 1869. Before retirement he was purchasing agent for the Merchants Rubber Co. Son of late Daniel Knechtel and Susanna Thoman, he is survived by his widow, the former Ellen Taylor; two sons, Harold W., and Alexander Kitchener; two daughters, Mrs. W. B. Wright, Kitchener, and Beatrice Marguerite, Reg. N., Kincardine. Two brothers, William and Jacob, of this city, and one sister, Mrs. Albert Hoffman, Kitchener, and one grandson, Pte. John Wright, Canadian Army Overseas, also survive him. He was a member of King St. Baptist Church and the Ancient Order of Foresters. The funeral will be public on Friday at 3: 30 o'clock from the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home with Rev. E. 0. Seymour officiating in the absence of Rev. H. E. Morphy.
