  MRS. THOMAS C. STANLEY Following an illness of three months, Mrs. Thomas C. Stanley, 41, died at her residence, 20 Hett street, Kitchener, on Wednesday, Jan. 30. The former Bessie Turnbull, Mrs. Stanley was a daughter of Mrs. Eva Turnbull. Ayr, and the late Wil!iam J. Turnbull, and was born in South Dumfries township, Sept. 4, 1904. She was a member of St. John's Anglican Church and Women's Auxiliary. Her marriage to Thomas C. Stanley, who survives, took place in Kitchener, May 24, 1923. Surviving, besides her husband, are two sons, William T. and Watson N. and two daughters, Elizabeth and Mrs. Ray (Peggy) Gingrich, all of Kitchener. One brother, Leslie, of Ayr, and four sisters, Mrs. William McLeod and Mrs. Edward Bonham, both of Ayr, and Mrs. Fred Farrell and Mrs. Elliott Riddell, both of Galt, also survive. The funeral service was held at St. John's Anglican Church, Kitchener, on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with Rev. J. N. H. Mills in charge. Interment was made in the Ayr Cemetery.
