  Lois Jane Bingeman 1938 - 2024 Obituary of Lois Jane Bingeman Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at the age of 85 years, surrounded by her entire family. Jane is survived by her loving husband Lawrence, her sons Mark (Tammie Piel), Andrew (Alissa Stoltz), and grandchildren Julia, Jeremy, and Janna Bingeman. Predeceased by her daughter Margaret Ann Bingeman and mother Margaret Jean Lawrence. Jane, a graduate from Hamilton General Hospital School of Nursing, worked as a Registered Nurse in Canada and the United States until her marriage with Lawrence and starting their family together. Strength in and from her family was her paramount focus, while spending quality time with close friends and family. In addition to devoting time to family, Jane was also supportive in volunteering with Civitan International, Stirling Avenue Mennonite Thrift Store, and many others. Special thanks from the family to the staff at Winston Park for their support and friendship over the past 16 months, and to the staff at St. Mary's Hospital for their personalized care and stewardship in her final hours. Cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will be held at Bloomingdale Mennonite Cemetery at a later date.
