  • Notes
    • In Jacob Hespeler's New Hope ledger under date of August 25th, 1849, Peter Querenbach is credited for some repair work done on a waggon. His waggon shop was located on top of the hill behind Louis Buchholtz' house on Adam Street (Lot 2) and access to it was probably by way of the lane south of the Evangelical Church property, off Church Street. He carried on business in this shop until his death about 1874. A daughter, Caroline, married John Strycker and was Greta Warren's grandmother.
