    • At St. Mary's Hospital, on Monday, September 6, 1976, after a brief illness, Pearl Victoria Bittorf (Cudney), of Route 1, New Dundee, aged 65 years. Mrs. Hallman was born in Arthur, Ont., a daughter of the late George Bittorf and Mrs. Dora Bittorf, now a resident of Elora. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Quentin B. Hallman, her sons, Daniel Cudney of Elora, Richard Cudney at home; Marlyn Hallman of Cambridge and Beverley Hallman of Ottawa, and a daughter Althea (Mrs. Kenneth Miller) of Elora; brothers Wallace Bittorf of Oshawa, William of Elora, Henry of Acton, Elmer of Mount Forest and Douglas Bittorf of Vancouver, B.C.; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. Predeceased by her husband, Frederick Cudney in 1953; by sons, John Cudney and Ian Hallman; by sisters, Mary Bittorf and Mrs. Elsie Eveleigh and by brothers George and John. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener after 7 p.m. tonight until 11 a.m. on Thursday, when removal will be made to the United Brethren in Christ Church, New Dundee, for the service at 2: 30 p.m. with Rev. Luke Rienstra and Rev. A. Ward Woolner officiating. Interment in the Union cemetery, New Dundee.
