• Notes

  On Saturday morning last, Mr John Milne, Galt, aged 36 years. The deceased was mulch respected by all who knew him. Upright in all his actions and noted for many other good qualities, his memory will long be cherished by a huge circle of friends. He was a Past Grand, of C. O. O. F., M. U., and was followed to the grave by a large number of the Brethern of the Order, in appropriate badges of mourning. As an Oddfellow, he was attentive to business, earnest and jealous in spreading the charitable and friendly principles of the Order and has left a blank in the Galt Lodge which may long remain unfilled.
