  At Guelph General Hospital on Thursday, December 13, 2007. Betty (Bruder) Ellig, age 82 years, beloved wife of the late Wilfred Ellig (1990). Dear mother of the late Wayne J. (1978), Brenda and her husband Brendon Doherty of Ariss and Cathy and Doug of Fergus. Dear mother-in-law of Lynn of Kitchener. Loved grandma of Joel and Gloria Doherty, Tara and Ken DeSouza, Brad and Tracy Ellig, Kim Prydz and Bruce and great grandma of Mikaela and Evan Prydz, Rachel and Morgan Ellig and Jaya Doherty. Loving sister of Helen Kurtz of Ariss and the late Minnie Magnus, Katherine Halliburton, Tillie Cober, Edith Keating, Albert, Wilfred, Frank and Simon Bruder. Survived by sister-in-law, Gertie Bruder of Ariss. Betty was a daughter of the late Charles Bruder and Ida (Lehman) Bruder. Funeral December 17th at the Gilbert Macintyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph followed by Funeral Mass at St. Boniface Church, Maryhill. Interment St. Boniface Cemetery, Maryhill. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Foundation of Guelph General Hospital or St. Boniface Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
