    • YANKE, Frederick(Fred)-- At K-W Hospital, on Saturday, March 12, 1977, Fred Yanke of 82 Wilson Avenue, Kitchener, Aged 79 years. Mr. Yanke was born in Brantford, and lived in Kitchener most of his life. He was a retired die maker at B.F. Goodrich Canada Ltd., and a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Catherine (nee Weber); a son, Frederick of Virginia, three daughters, Mrs. James (Lillian) Kalbfleisch, Mrs. Arthur (Pauline) Dietrick, both of Kitchener, and Mrs. George (Bernice) O'Neil of Tonawanda, N.Y. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and a brother Edwin Yanke of Kitchener. Predeceased by a brother William. Friends may call at the Gruhn Funeral Home, 178 Queen St. S. Kitchener, where a funeral and committal service will take place on Tuesday, at 2 p.m. Dr. H.W. Opperman officiating. Interment St. Peter's cemetery in the spring.
