  Charles Frederick Dahms Charles Frederich Dahms, 87, of Milverton, father of Gordon of New Hamburg, died last Tuesday in Listowel Memorial Hospital. In addition to his son, he is survived by his wife, the former Lucy Victoria Attridge; two other sons, Stanley, Kitchener, George, Baden; five daughters, Mrs. Charles (Muriel) Cudmore, Mrs. Delton (Winnifred) Bast, Mrs. Doreen Fink, all of Kitchener; Mrs. Oscar (Bernice) Schneuker and Mrs. Donald (Geraldine) Smith both of Milverton. Services were held Friday at the McMane Funeral Home, Milverton. Interment followed in Greenwood cemetery, Milverton. New Hamburg Independent, March 12, 1969 _________________ Charles Frederick Dahms By Record Correspondent MILVERTON-Charles Frederick Dahms of Milverton died Tuesday at the Listowel Hospital. He was 87. Mr. Dahms was born in Ellice Township, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Dahms.. He moved to Milverton in 1914 where he was village maintenance superintendent until he retired in 1957. Surviving in addition to his wife, the former Lucy Victoria Attridge, are three sons, Gordon of New Hamburg, Stanley of Kitchener and George of Baden; five daughters. Mrs. Charles (Muriel) Cudmore, Mrs. Delton (Winnifred) Bast and Mrs. Doreen Fink, all of Kitchener, Mrs. Oscar (Ber- nice) Schneuker and Mrs. Donald (Geraldine) Smith, both of Milverton; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The body is at the McMane Funeral Home in Milverton where the private family service will be held on Friday. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.
