- GASCHO, Alvin -- At St. Mary's Hospital, on Monday, March 18, 1985, after a lengthy illness, Alvin Gascho, of RR2, Petersburg, aged 76 years. Was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose; had been employed with the city of Kitchener for 18 years, until his retirement in 1974. Father of Larry of RR 2, Petersburg; brother of Mrs. Beatrice Rader of Zurich. Two granddaughters, Gwen and Lori and one great-granddaughter, Jeneane also survive. Predeceased by his parents and his wife Reta in 1967. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 2 p.m. on Tuesday, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m., with Rev. Ephriam Gingerich, officiating. Interment will be in Memory Gardens cemetery.
