- HOY, Francis "Frank" - Passed away, peacefully, at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Friday, April 3, 2009, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Hoy (nee Sixtus) (2006). Loving father of Alison Madden and her husband Ted of Barrie and Pat Germann of Kitchener. Cherished papa of Sarah Vienneau and her husband Chris and Luke and Amy Germann. Adored great-papa of Leah Vienneau. Dear brother of Bunny Hooten and her husband Harry of Kitchener. Predeceased by his parents John and Esther Hoy (nee Bellamy); and by brothers Eddie and Jack. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 2 p.m. Reception to follow.
