    • Euphemia Bryden

      NEW DUNDEE, Oct 6--Miss Euphemia Bryden, New Dundee, died at St. Mary's Hospital this morning. She was born on the old Bryden homestead east of New Dundee on July 19, 1853 and was therefore in her 85th year. Miss Bryden had not been well for some years. She was the last member of a family of 10 children and had lived all her life in the New Dundee district. For the last six years she had lived in the village and prior to that she had lived on the homestead. She was a member of St, Andrew's Presbyterian church, Kitchener. Funeral services will be held at the Baptist church, New Dundee, on Friday, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the family plot in Doon Cemetery. Rev. Geo. Taylor Munro will be in charge of the service. The remains will be at the Poll Funeral Home until the service.
