Notes |
- Menno S. Snider, "was born October 4th, 1860. His boyhood was spent on the farm in attending the Bloomingdale public schools. Some time during the "seventies" he attended the Berlin High School where he obtained a splendid education. After leaving the High School he went to teaching and followed it with marked success for some time, but the profession being not so very agreeable to his taste, he quit teaching and went home on the farm where he now is engaged in farming. Mr. Snider is an excellent farmer and is highly esteemed by all parties in the community. He is not married."
Eby, Ezra E. (1895). A biographical history of Waterloo township and other townships of the county: being a history of the early settlers and their descendants, mostly all of Pennsylvania Dutch origin: as also much other unpublished historical information chiefly of a local character. Berlin [Kitchener, Ont.]: [s.n.].
