    • Anthony Bandura of 52 Walnut St. Kitchener, died Jan. 17 at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. He was 71. Born in Poland Jan. 2, 1897, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael Bandura and came to Kitchener in 1913. Mr. Bandura had worked at the Krug Furniture Co. for 47 years and was a member of Sacred Heat RC Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Krawczyk whom he married 47 years ago in Kitchener; two daughters, Mrs. George (Rose) Kieswetter, and Mrs. William (Claire) Braniff, both of Kitchener; one brother, Vincent, Poland; two sisters, Agnes, Poland, and Mrs. Carl (Rose) Psutka, West Montrose, and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by one son, Gerald, in 1949. Requiem high mass was at Sacred Heart RC Church Jan. 20. Burial was in Woodland cemetery.
