  SCHLEGEL, Ervin J. M St, Mary's Hospital, on Monday, Nov. 19, 1984, following a brief illness, Ervin John Schlegel, age 74 years, of 46 Sandra Ave., Kitchener. Mr. Schlegel was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church., Erbsville and was employed with Uniroyal Limited for many years until his retirement. Beloved husband of the late Larkey Brown, who predeceased him September 1983. Dear step-father of Ronald Rausch and his wife Debbie of Kitchener; father-in-law of Mrs. Carol Schlegel of Kitchener; brother of Albert, Fred and Mrs. Helen Reiner, all of Kitchener. Loving grandfather of Melanie and Robert. Predeceased by his parents; one son, Murray; one brother, Norman and one sister, Eileen. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. today (Monday), until Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. when removal will be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Erbsville for funeral service at 1:30 p.m., Rev. Robert Gmeindl officiating. Interment in the church cemetery.
