Smith, beloved husband of Jean Bernhardt; dear father of Douglas and Richard, both of Kitchener; loving son of Violet (Mrs. Matthew Smith) of Preston; dear brother of Howard Schlueter Smith of Preston and Marion (Mrs. Len Brighty) of London. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, Preston Cambridge, from 7 p.m. Saturday, July 27, until noon, Monday, July 29, then to St. John's Anglican Church, Preston, for funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment in Preston cemetery.
