  ADDIS, Frank Henry - Of Sunset Blvd., Cambridge at his residence on Tuesday, November 14, 1995 in his 60th year. Beloved husband of the late Jeanie (Smith) Addis. Dear father of Ronald and his wife Rosalind of Ayr, Liz Squance and her husband Bob, Nancy Kalte and her husband Donald both of Cambridge. Fondly remember by his friend Rita Schwartz and survived by his brother Harold and his wife Hilda of Ayr, his sisters Betty Ciuman of Kitchener, June Hohman of Paris and his 5 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Mr. Addis was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #126 and the South Waterloo Naval Vets Association. Mr. Addis was recently retired from the University of Guelph. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Thursday November 16, 1995 from 7: 00 - 8: 30 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow on Thursday at 8: 30 p.m., Rev. Herb Hartig officiating. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Medical Day Care would be appreciated by the family.
