    • ADSHADE - Vernard (Bernie) of Margaret Street, Cambridge on Tuesday, April 7th, 1992 at his residence, in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of the late Florence MacAdam (1984), dear father of John, Alice (Mrs. Joseph Murphy), Cathy (Mrs. Wayne Thompson) and Sharon (Mrs. Bryan King), all of Cambridge, Verna (Mrs. Ronald Grube) of Mississauga, Elaine (Mrs. Gerry Berner) and Anne (Mrs. Ian Riley), both of Kitchener. Lovingly remember by thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three brothers, Sid and his wife Helen, Fred and his wife Florence, all of Glace Bay N.S., Ralston and his wife Edith of Cambridge, and two sisters Dorothy Adshade of Windsor and Alice (Mrs. Jack Tutty) of Glace Bay, N.S. Predeceased by his parents, two brothers, John and J.B. and three sisters, Annie, Viola, and Ida. Mr. Adshade was born in Glace Bay, N.S. and came to Cambridge in 1956. He was a retiree of Babcock-Wilcox. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's R.C. Church, Duke St., Cambridge, Friday, April 10th 1992 at 10: 00 a.m. Interment Memory Gardens, Breslau. The Rosary will be recited at the Funeral Home Thursday at 3: 30 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society or the Canadian Cancer Society gratefully appreciated by the family.
