- JOSEPH F. HARTMAN
NEW HAMBURG, Sept. 24— The death of Joseph Francis Hartman occurred at the home of his sister, Mrs. Dopp, at Toronto last night. Mr. Hartman was 84 years of age. He had been ill for some time. He was born in New Hamburg and lived there all his life until I.5 years ago when he went to Toronto to live with his sister. Mr. Hartman owned and operated the King Edward Hotel for a number of years. He was a member of the Holy Family R.C. Church, New Hamburg. He is survived by his sister, Mrs. Dopp. The funeral will be held Wednesday morning with requiem high mass at Holy Family Church at 10 o'clock conducted by Rev. S. J. Winter. Interment will be made in the New Hamburg R.C. Cemetery.
