  BROWN, Florence Mae (Mrs. W.T.) - Peacefully, on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2002, at Chateau Gardens, Elmira, Florence (Derbecker) Brown, in her 93rd year, of Elmira, formerly of Hanover.Beloved wife of the late Rev. W. T. Brown (1988); dear mother of Carolyn and David Playford of Elmira, Richard and Karen Brown of Toronto; also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Todd and Kerri Playford, Scott and Libby Playford, Sean and Rachel Playford, Heather and Jennifer Brown and by her nine great-grandchildren.Predeceased by her parents, Conrad and Ida (Helwig) Derbecker; brothers, Wilson and Stanley; son, Douglas (1975).The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Wednesday until service time, followed by interment in Hanover Cemetery.In Florence's memory, donations to Canadian Bible Society or Chateau Gardens Auxiliary would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy by the family.
