  Elizabeth Hammacher, "was born in Wilmot Township, October 5th, 1825, and died in same section where she was born, September 22nd, 1849. She was married to William Bittner who was born August 2nd, 1816, and died November 26th, 1867. They resided in Wilmot Township where they followed farming until their deaths.
