  Gordon Galt [sic] [should be Gordon Salt HESPELER - Gordon Leslie Galt, (67), died yesterday at the Guelph General Hospital. He was born in Puslinch Township, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Galt. He farmed most of his life in Puslinch Township until five years ago he moved to Guelph. He was a director of the Aberfoyle Agriculture Fall Fair and a member of the Puslinch Plowing Association. Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Edna Crane; two sisters, Mrs. A. Baufeldt and Mrs. William Smale, both of Hespeler, a brother Nelson of Kitchener died a month ago [see May 11, 1953] Kitchener-Waterloo Record 9 May 1953 __________________ HESPELER - Funeral of the late Gordon Salt, a native of Puslinch Township who died in Guelph Friday, was held this afternoon from the home, 9 Omar St., Guelph. Interment took place in Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph. The name of the deceased was incorrectly reported Saturday as Gordon Galt Kitchener-Waterloo Record 11 May 1953
