  EARL GILLES Funeral services were held Sunday in St. Jacobs for Earl O. Gilles of St. Jacobs. He died March 9, 1979, at St. Mary's Hospital. He was 48. He was the son of Ida Gilles of St. Jacobs and the late Oliver Gilles; brother of Roy of St. Jacobs, Henry and Leona (Mrs. George Gromeder), both of RR 1, St. Jacobs; friend of Dorothy Ikonen; predeceased by one brother. Burial was in St. James Lutheran cemetery, St. Jacobs. Donations to St. James Lutheran church of the Canadian diabetic association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
