Kitchener man's body found in Northern Ontario lake
The body of a 58-year-old Kitchener man was found on the shore of Kindogan Lake in Northern Ontario on Sunday.
Superior East OPP Const. Levis Brousseau said Bruce Milne's body was found by the OPP marine unit. Police were called after a friend said Milne had last been seen at 11: 30 p.m. on Oct. 12.
Brousseau said police have not yet determined if Milne drowned. Kindogan Lake is near Chapleau and off Highway 129.
Milne, a former staff member and executive director of oneROOF (Reaching Our Outdoor Friends) Youth Services in Kitchener, is survived by his wife Linda Juodvalkis and daughter Danya Goldsmith-Milne.
Visitation is at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home in Waterloo on Thursday. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Friday.
