  A graveside service was held for Mrs. Leona Wilson (McCloy) 86, of Kincardine at the McCloy plot in Ayr Cemetery on Monday, April 21st, 1997. Mrs. Wilson passed away February 10th, 1997. She was predeceased by her parents Hanie Manuel McCloy and Jessie Bell McCloy of Ayr. Also brothers George, Norman, Walter and Howard McCloy and sisters Phillis Gillespie, Margaret Nickerson, Mary Cater, Ariel Trimborn and Verna Bringlo. Leona trained as a nurse in Montreal then moved to Toronto and Cambridge before retiring to Kincardine. Leona will be missed by her brother Haney McCloy of Cambridge, a son Ronald of Kincardine and many nieces and nephews. The Ayr News 30 Apr 1997 pg 12
