    • JAILED FOR THEFT CHARGES

      Eldon Riepert, 80 Norman St., Waterloo, was sentenced to three months in jail when he appeared in police court Tuesday. He was convicted last week on a charge of theft.

      An investigation revealed, Magistrate Kirkpatrick pointed out, that Riepert was not supporting his wife and children. He said the only way he could support his family would be to "place him in jail".
