      THE SMALLEST CANADIAN DIES AT BRIGHT

      Louisa Rosenberger, Aged 82 Years, and Height of 36 Inches, Died at Bright.

      Home known at one time as the tiniest living Canadian, Louisa Rosenberger, widow of Charles Johnson passed away at Bright on Sunday aged 82 years. The deceased was only 36 inches in height and was born in Roseville, a daughter of the late Benjamin Rosenberger. For a number of years she was connected with Van [Dan] Rices Circus company. It was during this period that she met Charles Johnson and later became his wife. On leaving the circus they took up residence in Syracuse, NY. where her husband predeceased her 12 years ago. Coming to Canada Mrs. Johnson has since that time resided with her niece, Mrs. J. Ferguson. Bright. She is survived by her nephew. D. R. Stauffer and nieces, Mrs. J. F. Ferguson Sr., and Mrs. T. B. Hallman.
