  STECKLY, C. Mearl Passed on to sing with the Angel Choir on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at the age of 94. Loved father of Dennis and Anita, Marlin and Gail, Laurel and Kirby. He will forever be remembered by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild. Mearl left this earth on the same day as his beloved wife Helen, who predeceased him 17 years ago on Tuesday, July 24, 2001. He will be greatly missed by his dear friend Nora and the whole Hammond family. Relatives and friends may call at Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, on Friday, July 27, 2018, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A service will take place on Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Preston Mennonite Church, 791 Concession Rd.
