  Ray Little - Raymond Harold Little of Saint Luke's Place, Cambridge, passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, July 10, 1996. He was in his 75th year. Born in Ayr, he was a son of the late James Little and Clara Dyer. He operated Little Electric in Galt for many years. Beloved husband of Jean (Turner) Little and dear father of Gary Little and his wife Marion and Scott Little, all of Cambridge. Also surviving is his brother Bob Little and wife Peg of Ayr; his sister Helen Higgins of Kitchener and grandchildren, Roger Little and wife Sandra and Jane Little, all of Cambridge, Rested at Corbett Funeral Home, Cambridge, where funeral service was held Wednesday.
