    • Roelof Van Oostveen of RR 1, Ayr, passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Friday, January 17th. He was in his 81st year. A native of Holland, Mr. Van Oostveen and his family purchased a farm at the corner of Greenfield Road over 30 years ago. He was a member of the First Re-formed Church, Cambridge. Predeceased by his wife, the former Corneila Driessen (1981); a son Willem, a daughter Cornelia Devries: and a grandson John Dear father of Cornelius of Listowel, Jan of Burlington, Roelof A. of Harriston, Kryn of Lakeside, Wynanci of Ayr, Ida of Hickson, Ann of Delaware, Willemina of Burlington: two brothers Cornelius and Aire of the Netherlands: two sisters Ida Keur of Burlington and Wijn Van Bodengrowen of the Netherlands: 36 grandchildren and 15 great-grand-children. Rested at Little's Funeral Home, Galt, until Monday when funeral service was held at First Reform Church. Interment in Ayr Cemetery.
