  James Gilbelt Gemmel of Bute Street, Ayr, died at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener on Saturday, April 23 in his 84th year. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Gemmell_and was born and lived, all his life in this district. He had retired some 15 years ago as stationary.engineer at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Cambridge. Mr. Gemmel survived by his wife the former Clara Lisso; a son Gilbert of Ayr; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by 2 brothers, Stephen and John and 3 sisters Margaret, Bessie and Mary. Funeral services were held at the William Kipp Funeral Home,. Paris on Tuesday, at 2: 00 p.m. Rev. D. E.
