  HOLTZHAUER, Marie Elizabeth (Mary) Died at her residence, Golden Years Nursing Home, Cambridge, Mary (nee Kinzel) Holtzhauer, in her 96th year. She and her husband, Norman, farmed for 30 years in the Strasburg Road area of Kitchener. A member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church. Mary was predeceased by her husband, Norman in 1967. Loving mother of Fern Scherer, Norma and her husband Arthur Sapsworth, Joan and her husband Orville Mader and Jack and his wife Greta Holtzhauer, all of Kitchener and Anna Mae and her husband James Ayres of Port Hope. She will be sadly missed by her 20 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Survived by two daughters-in-law, Vera Holtzhauer and Lizzie Holtzhauer. Mary was the last surviving member of her family. Predeceased by her three sons, Earl, Lloyd and in infancy, Roy; six brothers and her son-in-law, Leo Scherer. The Holtzhauer family will receive friends at the Schreiter-Sandrock Fu-neral Home, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 1995 from 12 noon till the time of funeral service in the funeral home chapel at Z p.m., Rev.
