  NORMAN WILLIAM EITEL PRESTON, Dec, 19 - A former well-known Preston resident for more than 20 years, Norman William Eitel, died at the Toronto General Hospital this morning following an operation two and a half weeks ago. In his 35th year, the deceased had resided and worked in Kitchener for the past eight years with the Dominion Electrohome as a radio technician and a tool maker. Born in Preston, the son of George Eitel and the late Mrs. Eitel, he was educated at the local public school and the Galt Collegiate. He was a former member of the local Young Britons. He attended the Kitchener Lutheran Church. Until he accepted the position with the Kitchener concern eight years ago, the late Mr, Eitel lived in Preston. Surviving is his wife, nee Valeria Knack, his father, George Eitel. and a brother, George E. Eitel of Kitchener. The remains will be brought to his home, 151 Elmer Street, Waterloo, Sunday at noon and will rest there until Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock when they will be taken to the H. K. Stager Funeral Home, Preston, from where funeral service will be held at 2: 30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, Interment will be in Preston Cemetery.
