      William Charles Spiessman, who for almost 50 years was a resident of Preston and for many years was an employee of the Canadian Office and School Furniture Company, died late yesterday at his home at 1643 King street. He was in his 72nd year. He had been ill for some time. Besides his window there survives one daughter, Mrs. Edward Town, Preston and one grandchild. The funeral will take place from his late residence Monday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock. Interment will be made in Preston cemetery.
