  Elias Eassy Elias Eassy, 48 Weber St. West, retired shoe merchant, died Wednesday at St. Mary's Hospital. Born in Mt. Lebanon, Lebanon, he was a son of the late Elias Eassy and the former Mary Joseph Hanna. He came to Kitchener 50 years ago. A member of St. Mary's RC Church, he was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Surviving are a brother. Joseph of Kitchener and a sister, Anna Eassy, who flew from Lebanon, Syria, two weeks ago to be with her brother in his illness. The body is at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home where the rosary will he recited Friday at 8 p.m. The Knights of Columbus recitation of the rosary will follow at 8: 30 p.m. Prayers will be said at the funeral home Saturday at 8: 30 a.m. Removal will be made to St. Mary's Church for requiem high mass at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Woodland Mausoleum.
