  Suddenly, on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at his home in Waterloo. Rodney Snyder age 57 years formerly of R. R. 1, Elmira. Son of the late Irvin and Rhoda (Schmidt) Snyder. Brother of Fred (Sue) of Ladysmith, Vancouver Island, Steven and Marlene of R. R. 1, Elmira. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews and their families. Rodney enjoyed reading, bird watching and helping out on the family farm. Special thanks to friends and neighbours at Green Acres Park, Waterloo. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, on Friday from 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, October 31st at 11 a.m. with Pastor Hans Borch officiating followed by cremation. In his memory, donations to Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
