  KENNEDY, Neil Anthony Of Cambridge, peacefully, on Thursday, May 24, 2001, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Kempel (1998); dear father of Elaine of Cambridge, Teresa and her husband Carlos Russ of Kitchener and Linda and her husband Frank Piraino of Woodstock. Sadly missed by his granddaughter, Sara. Survived by two brothers, Gerry (Germaine) and his wife Mary of Guelph, Dan of Cambridge; one sister, Esther Vasey of Kitchener and four sisters-in-law, Vera, Flora, Anna and Helen. Predeceased by his parents, James and Lillian Kennedy and four brothers, Arthur, Clifford, Cecil and Louis. Mr. Kennedy was born in Wellesley township and had been a resident of Cambridge, for the past 50 years. He was a member of St. Clement's RC Church and was retired from Eastern Steel Products. The family will receive friends, at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Sunday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's RC Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge, on Monday, May 28, 2001, at 10 a.m. Interment, in Park Lawn Cemetery.
