      Of 1137 Clare Ave., Preston Cambridge, at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Wednesday, Feb. 6, 1974, Margaret Rigby, beloved wife of John Davenport, beloved mother of Stephen, Preston; Frances, Preston; Mary Jane of Hespeler; in her 62nd year; also survived by one sister, Mrs. W. D. Bird (Dorothy) of Waterloo. Mrs. Davenport was born in Warrington, England and resided in Preston for 22 years, member of St. Clement's Church and the Catholic Women's League, served during the Second World War, with the Women's Auxiliary Air Force. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, until Friday morning, then to St. Clement's Church, for funeral mass, at 10 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn cemetery.
