  MacDONALD, Velma Anne Of Cambridge, on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at her residence, in her 66th year. Velma Shea, beloved wife for 40 years of Colin MacDonald. Dear mother of Cheryl MacDonald-Coffey (Alex) of Waterloo and Michael Mac-Donald (Angela Chapman) of Ayr. Lovingly remembered by three grandchildren, Kieran, Shealynn and Matthew. Survived by one brother, Gerald Shea and his wife Marion of Mount Forest and one sister, Doris Roy and her husband Rob of Rexdale. Predeceased by her parents, Matthew and Rose Shea; one son, Glen in infancy; three brothers, Eldred "Pat", Leonard, and Glen. Mrs. MacDonald was born in Conn, Ontario and had been a resident of the area since 1973. She was a member of St. Clement's R.C. Church and over the years has worked as a secretary and accountant with Savage Shoe, Bristol Truck & Car Rentals. She was a "Hockey Mom" supporting the Preston Minor Hockey, an avid euchre player and had fond memories of dances, in Maryhill. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral. Mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's R.C.
