  COBDEN, Charlotte Ellen (née Demmery) 1938-2013. Surrounded by her family, Mom passed peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at Brantford General Hospital, in her 76th year. Loving daughter of Charlotte Holtzhauer, beloved mother of Jim Holyome (Leslie Radford), David Holyome (Gidge Tinney), and Linda Wierzbicki. Grammie of Trisha (Brent), Christina (Wayne), Matthew (Danielle) and Brittany (Dominic); and Great-Grammie of Victoria, Jessica, Justin, Charlotte, Samantha and Matthew. Predeceased by husband, Donald Cobden and son, Larry Holyome. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge, on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at 1 pm.
