Notes - ALLEN, William George: Of Cambridge, passed away suddenly at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday January 5, 1997 in his 73rd year. Survived by his wife Vera, Terry and his wife Verna, Christine Gaetan and her husband Mike, Elaine Moyes and her husband Gerry. Also survived by his mother-in-law Mary Arthy, brother Fred and family of England, and his grandchildren, Nikki, Dennis, Geoffrey, Lisa, Brandon, Sarah, Tyler and Carly. A member of St. John's Anglican Church. A memorial service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 567 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Wednesday January 8, 1997 at 2: 00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Fire Fighters Defibrillation Program, 1625 Bishop St. N., Cambridge N1R 7J4 or the Stroke Recovery Association, Cambridge and District Chapter, 971 Vine St., Cambridge N3H 2Z7. In loving memory of Dad, please take a moment and share it with someone who is ill, lonely or in need, someone less fortunate than ourselves. Arrangements entrusted to The Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge 653-3251.
