  The Silver Fox - BAKER, Harold George - Of Stewart Ave., Cambridge, at his residence on Wednesday, October 12, 1994, Harold Baker in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Winnie and loving father of George and his wife Joanne, Gary, Kirk and his wife Beverly, Penny Lahey and her husband Ed, all of Cambridge, and Ab Henshaw of Guelph. Dear brother of Gordon of London, Ontario, and Gladys Ditner and her husband Peter of Kitchener. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Mr. Baker was predeceased by his brother Kory. He was a member of the Seniors Club at the Royal Canadian Legion Galt Branch 121, as well as the Lions Seniors Club. He served in WWII in the Army, 29th Battery, 11th Field Regiment in England and Italy, spending more than 6 years overseas. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service, including a Legion Service, to be held at the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, October 14, 1994 at 2 pm, Rev. Angus Sutherland officiating. Cremation to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. - Note: Photo attached to newspaper article.
