Situated at the park entrance, this substantial 2&l/2 storey dark red brick residence with hipped roof and central roof gable was built in 1925 by Norman C. Schneider, son of J. M. Schneider. It is close to original in appearance with a small entrance porch and the original garage, beautifully maintained and an excellent example of conservation . The property once included the lot on which No. 72 is located. Designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.
