Wilhelm Lorenz, husband of Sophia Kaufman; father of Kenneth, Elmwood; Ralph, Mount Forest; Alvin and Carling of Durham, Mervin of Toronto, Agnes (NormanWhitelaw) Preston; Joyce (Mrs. William Gonder) Galt; Dorothy (Mrs. Frank Bezanson) Preston, Eleanor (Mrs. Harm Luth) Topperville. In his 82nd year; Mr. Lorenz was born in Parry Sound and resided in Kitchener, for a year; prior to that, Preston and Elmwood, Ont. Also survived by one brother, Joseph and three sisters; Theresa (Mrs. Julius Kupskey), Agnes (Mrs. Roy McCauskin) and Hattie (Mrs. Ralph Dyer) of Michigan; 30 grandchildren and nine great-grandchlldren. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, corner Queenston Road and Argyle Street, (Preston) Cambridge, where funeral service will be conducted, Friday, at 2 p.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery.
