  SPENCE, Mrs. Alberta At her residence, 337 Westminster Drive S., Cambridge (Preston), Alberta Whetter, beloved wife of the late MacEwen Spence; dear mother of Donald Hunter of Guelph. Mrs. Spence was born in Lorneville, Ont. and lived in the Cambridge area, since 1917. Owned and operated a tobacco store on King Street, retiring in 1966. A member of Knox Presbyterian Church. Predeceased by her first husband, Clifford Hunter, in 1947. Also survived by one brother, Charles Whetter of Orillia and four grandchildren. Predeceased by four brothers and two sisters.
